The recent success of modern AI (including machine learning and generative AI) has stimulated the bridging of modern AI and classic AI (including search, reasoning, and planning) to achieve the ultimate goal of Artificial Intelligence. While Large Language Models (LLMs) realize many aspects of the Semantic Web and linked data vision, Semantic Computing (SC) extends these capabilities to address the derivation, description, integration, and use of semantics across all types of resources, including data, documents, problems, and solutions.
The technical program of ICSC will include workshops, keynote talks, paper presentations, panel discussions, poster sessions, and other activities. High-quality submissions describing mature research results and ongoing work are invited.
Authors are invited to submit technical papers in double-column IEEE format. Manuscripts should follow the formatting instructions available on the conference website.
Distinguished papers presented at the conference will be selected for publication in internationally renowned journals indexed by SCI, EI, and/or Scopus. The conference will also present a Best Paper Award and a Best Student Paper Award.
