Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers that are not currently under review by another conference, workshop, or journal.

Papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS in PDF format using US-Letter size, with all fonts embedded. Authors should use the IEEE conference paper templates when preparing their submissions.

Full Regular Papers may contain a maximum of 8 camera-ready pages plus references and appendices, using 10-point IEEE format. Full papers should present novel perspectives and significant contributions within the general scope of the conference.

Short Papers may contain a maximum of 6 camera-ready pages plus references and appendices, using 10-point IEEE format. Short papers provide an opportunity to present preliminary or interim results on emerging and important networking topics.

The LCN Conference uses a double-blind review process. Accepted papers are published in the IEEE LCN Proceedings or IEEE LCN Companion Proceedings, subject to the applicable publication and presentation requirements.

Conference Program

The LCN technical program includes research presentations covering a wide range of computer networking topics, including AI-enabled networking, IoT and cyber-physical systems, cloud and data-center networking, network security and privacy, software-defined networking, mobile networking, quantum networking, satellite communications, and emerging Internet technologies.

The conference also includes special tracks, demonstrations, keynote presentations, and opportunities for researchers and industry professionals to exchange ideas and discuss emerging developments in networking.

LCN supports both in-person participation and a remote presentation option for eligible authors.
