Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers through the conference Submission System. Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under review elsewhere. All submissions will undergo peer review based on originality, technical quality, significance, and relevance to the conference.
Publication
The proceedings of the conference will be published by the International Journal on Cybernetics & Informatics (IJCI) (Confirmed). Selected papers, after further revisions, will be published in special issues of affiliated journals, including IJMIT, IJMVSC, IJAIT, IJMPICT, IJDMS, IJITCS, and IJIST.
