IEEE CNS 2026 is the flagship conference of the IEEE Communications Society
dedicated to advancing the state of the art in communications and network security.
The conference brings together researchers, practitioners, industry professionals,
and government experts from around the world to present and discuss the latest
research results, innovative technologies, and emerging challenges in cybersecurity
and secure communications.
IEEE CNS 2026 provides a premier international forum for the exchange of ideas on
all aspects of communications and network security. Authors are invited to submit
original, unpublished research papers describing theoretical advances, practical
systems, innovative applications, and experimental studies in the field.

Paper Submission
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research papers describing significant research contributions, novel methodologies, practical systems, and applications in communications and network security. Submitted papers must not be under review or accepted elsewhere. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by the Technical Program Committee based on originality, technical quality, significance, and relevance to the conference.
Publication
Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE CNS 2026 Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, subject to IEEE publication policies.
