The IEEE Nuclear and Space Radiation Effects Conference (NSREC 2026) is the premier international conference dedicated to radiation effects in electronic materials, semiconductor devices, integrated circuits and systems operating in radiation environments. Paper Submission:

Authors are invited to submit an original summary describing significant new findings through the IEEE NSREC 2026 submission system. Accepted papers presented at the conference will be eligible for submission to a special issue of the IEEE Transactions on Nuclear Science following the conference.
