About VRISP 2026

The 2026 3^rd International Conference on Virtual Reality, Image and Signal Processing (VRISP 2026) is scheduled to take place from August 21-23, 2026 in Changsha, China. On behalf of the organizing committee, we extend a cordial invitation for you to participate alongside your peers at VRISP 2026.

VRISP 2026 provides an excellent platform for delegates to present their research findings and exchange innovative ideas. The conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and scholars with the aim of fostering research collaborations and business partnerships on a global scale. The focus of VRISP 2026 is on high-quality presentations and papers addressing contemporary issues in fundamental research that lead to new methods or the adaptation of existing methods for new applications related to Virtual Reality, Image and Signal Processing topics. The event will feature Keynote Speeches by renowned scholars as well as Oral/Poster Presentations covering a wide range of popular topics. All paper submissions will undergo peer review by at least 2-3 independent reviewers.

All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

Publication

All papers submitted to VRISP 2026 will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in ACM ICPS (ACM International Conference Proceeding Series) and will be submitted to EI Compendex / Scopus for indexing.

Important note to authors about the new ACM open access publishing model
All papers in the【VRISP 2026】 proceedings will be published open access (OA) on the ACM Digital Library. For authors who are not affiliated with member institutions of the ACM Open Program, ACM charges an article processing charge (APC) for OA publication. However, the 【VRISP 2026】 conference committee has agreed that the conference will pay all applicable APCs. All papers will therefore be published OA at no cost to authors.
