ICDTE 2023 is sponsored by Zhejiang University, China, and co-sponsored by University of Bedfordshire, UK, and The Education University of HongKong, China. ICDTE 2023 aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of Digital Technology in Education, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Digital Technology in Education and related areas. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 technical committee or reviewers. Accepted and registered papers of ICDTE 2023 will be published in the ICDTE 2023 Conference Proceedings.
