Call For Paper
The main theme of the PNC 2018 is ''Human Rights in Cyberspace." The program will focus on topics including digital heritage, information technology, digital privacy and human rights.
The technical program of PNC 2018 Annual Conference and Joint Meetings will include invited keynote, paper presentations, workshops and poster session. The PNC 2018 provides a forum to encourage interdisciplinary collaborations
for scholars and researchers from fields including information technology, humanities and social sciences.
The PNC online paper and poster submission system is open, the submission deadline is extended to June 15th and the author notification will be sent
on August 1st. Authors are invited to submit a 6-8 pages technical paper manuscript in double-column IEEE format. The proceedings of the conference will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library for indexing.
